What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy applies to the SociHook landing page, product workspace, and related account and billing flows. It covers information submitted directly by users, information generated through product use, and technical information collected to keep the service running.

By using SociHook, a user agrees that the product may process information needed to create content drafts, save recurring brand preferences, manage subscriptions, and deliver the experience described on the website and inside the app.

Information SociHook may collect

• Account information: name, email address, authentication details, plan status, and basic account metadata.
• Workspace inputs: brand names, audience notes, tone guidance, campaign details, reference copy, prompt settings, selected scenarios, and planning inputs.
• Saved memory and assets: brand memory preferences, uploaded logos, colors, reference images, style samples, and related notes a user chooses to store.
• Generated content: captions, slide copy, image prompts, video prompts, weekly plans, history entries, ratings, and feedback signals.
• Technical and usage data: device, browser, IP address, page interactions, session timing, error logs, and related diagnostic information used to keep the product stable and secure.
• Billing information: plan tier, subscription status, invoices, and payment-related metadata handled through payment service providers. SociHook itself should not need to store full payment card details.

Why SociHook processes information

• To create and return the posts, prompts, carousels, and weekly plans a user requests.
• To save brand memory, history, preferences, and workspace settings for future sessions.
• To enforce plan limits, feature access, account security, and subscription entitlements.
• To review service health, debug failures, and improve product performance and reliability.
• To understand which parts of the product are being used so the workflow can be improved over time.
• To prevent misuse, spam, fraud, abuse, or activity that could harm the platform or other users.

SociHook may also use feedback signals such as ratings, “performed well” inputs, reuse actions, and scenario choices to improve the personalization of future generations inside the same account or workspace.

When information may be shared

SociHook may rely on third-party vendors and service providers to operate the product. These can include hosting and infrastructure platforms, database providers, authentication providers, analytics tools, payment processors, and AI model providers.

Information may be shared with those providers only to the extent reasonably needed for them to perform their service. Examples include authenticating a login, storing saved brand memory, processing a payment, logging an error, or generating a requested output.

SociHook may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to protect the service, its users, or the public.

How uploaded references, prompts, and generated content are handled

Users may choose to upload brand media, logos, screenshots, and visual references, or they may paste examples and notes into the workspace. SociHook may use those materials to help shape prompts, improve consistency, and keep outputs closer to the user’s brand style.

If a user copies a generated image or video prompt into a third-party tool such as ChatGPT Images, Gemini, Runway, Kling, or another provider, that separate tool will process the prompt under its own terms and privacy rules. Once the prompt leaves SociHook and is pasted elsewhere, the receiving platform’s policies will apply.

Users should avoid uploading confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information unless they are comfortable with that information being processed as part of the requested workflow.

How long data may be kept

SociHook may retain account information, saved brand memory, history, billing records, and usage logs for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account continuity, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform.

If a user deletes content, clears settings, or closes an account, some related records may still remain in backups, billing records, fraud-prevention systems, or internal logs for a limited period where retention is legally required or operationally necessary.

Your controls and options

• A user may update, replace, or delete saved brand memory and workspace details inside the product where those controls are available.
• A user may manage plan changes or subscription status through the billing flow provided by SociHook and its payment provider.
• A user may stop using the service at any time, or request account help using the support method shown in the app, on the website, or in billing emails.
• If local law gives a user additional rights around access, correction, deletion, objection, or portability, SociHook may review and respond to those requests where legally required.

How SociHook approaches protection

SociHook uses reasonable administrative, technical, and operational measures intended to protect account information and workspace data. No online service can promise absolute security, and users should also protect their own devices, passwords, and account access methods.

If a user believes their account has been accessed without permission, they should use the available account controls or support route as quickly as possible.

Updates to this policy

SociHook may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the product evolves, legal requirements change, or service providers and features are updated. When this happens, the revised version may be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Continued use of the service after an updated policy becomes effective means the updated version will apply going forward.
